Gene Bialkowski,

Age 87, of Ridgefield, NJ, Passed away on April 13, 2018. Devoted Husband of Gloria (nee Marion), Beloved Father of JoAnn DeFrancesco (and the late Jordan), Stephen Bialkowski (Toni) and Cheryl Latkowski (David). Loving Grandfather of  Madison and Taylor Bialkowski, Nicholas and Carlee DeFrancesco and Ryan and the late Amber Latkowski.

 

Gene was born in Fairview, NJ. He was a resident of Ridgefield for 62 Years.  He was a self employed Construction Contractor and a Construction Code Official for the towns of Ridgefield, Englewood and Tenafly. He was a member of the Republican Club of Ridgefield and volunteer fireman and a Parishioner of St. Matthew’s Church, Ridgefield. Gene was in The Army and served in the Korean War.

Visiting hours on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9PM at Konopka Funeral Home, 9046 Palisade Avenue, North Bergen, NJ.  Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday at 10AM at the Funeral Home. Entombment to follow at Fairview Mausoleum, Fairview.
