Hanna Bitlisli, age 90, of Chester, NJ, passed away on January 18, 2017. Beloved husband of Vercin(nee Sabooglu). Devoted Father Steve Bitlisli (Ilana), Lena Namrud-Bitlisli and Umut Bitilisli . Dear Brother of 4 siblings. Loving Grandfather of 4 Grand Children. Hanna was born in Mardin, Turkey and came to the US in 1984 and settled in Flanders, NJ before moving to Chester in 2002. He retired, at age 89 after having a stroke, from Elegant Custom Tailoring, Inc. in Chester, where he was Owner. ,TURKEY Visiting Hours on Monday, January 23, 2017 at the Assyrian Orthodox Church of Virgin Mary, 644 Paramus Road, Paramus, NJ 07652, from 7 to 9 PM. Funeral Liturgy will be held on Tuesday at 9:45 AM at the Church. Interment will follow at Laurel Grove Cemetery, 295 Totowa Road, Totowa, NJ. In lieu of flowers the family asked to collect a gift of assistance to the poor and make donations to: Kirklar Kilisesi in Mardin and Mor Gabriel Monastery in Midyat, Turkey.
