Santa Maria (Marie) Dettan (nee Simeone), Age 105 of Woodcliff Lake, NJ, formerly of North Bergen, passed away on February 4, 2017. Devoted Wife of the late Joseph (1997) Beloved Mother of Marie Elane Bernich (Peter). Dear Grandmother of Christine Crowley(Jack) and Stephen Bernich (Liz), Loving Great-Grandmother of Katherine, Jack and Kyra Crowley and Kelly and Benjamin Bernich.
Marie was born in Elwood City, PA and lived in North Bergen for 60 years before moving to Woodcliff Lake 2 years ago. She retired as a seamstress from Molner Company in Union City and was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Church, North Bergen and a member of the Rosary Altar Society.
Visiting Hours Tuesday,Feb 7, 2017 from 4 to 8 pm at the Konopka Funeral Home, 9046 Palisade Ave North Bergen. Funeral Mass on Wednesday Feb 8,2017 at 10:30 am At Sacred Heart Church, North Bergen, Entombment to follow at Fairview Mausoleum, Fairview, NJ.
