Barbara J. Giscombe-Tolbert of North Bergen, NJ passed away on October 16, 2022. Beloved Wife of Edward. Dear Sister of the late Jacquelyn Grant. She is also survived by many friends.

Barbara was born in Harlem, NY to the late Glen Giscombe and Gwendolyn (nee Hill) and lived in New Jersey for the last 45 years. Barbara was a Manager for NY Telephone Company for 38 Years.

Visitation on Saturday, October 22, from 2 to 6 PM at Konopka Funeral Home, 9046 Palisade Avenue, North Bergen, NJ 07047. Cremation Private.
