Maria was born on October 6, 1950 in Zimnicea, Romania, to the late Dumitru Constanda and Elena Rotaru and came to the US 29 yrs ago. She lived in Portland, Oregon and North Bergen before moving to West New York, NJ 3 yrs ago. She was a retired Housekeeper.
