Ana Marin Obituary

Ana Marin, nee "Duzić", 85, of Fort Lee NJ, passed away on Thursday, March 27th, 2025.


Ana was born on May 4, 1939 to parents, Rafael Duzić and Filipa Krstinović in Zadar, Croatia. She lived the American Dream and moved to the United States in 1967. Ana never forgot her roots, she frequently attended rallies a the United Nations in New York in support of Croatia being recognized as an independent nation and making donations to those affected by war.


Ana loved her vegtable garden and flowers. Many people would stop by to soak in the beauty of all she was growing each year.


Ana will be missed by the many friends she gained over her love for gardening and she will be missed especially by her beloved husband, Kuzma Marin and son, John Marin.


Visitation for Ana will take place Friday, April 4th, 2025 from 5:00 - 9:00 PM at the Joseph Z. Konopka Funeral Home.


Burial services will be held seperately, Ana will be taken home to her final resting place in Croatia.
