Ljubica Cancar, 92, of Fairview NJ, entered into eternal rest on September 18th, 2025.

Born on November 29th, 1932 to parents, Nikola M. Stokov and Rusinic Simica in Croatia.

Ljubica was a proud matriarch of her family and adored spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was a wonderful cook and enjoyed babysitting her grandchildren and always putting her family's needs first.

She will be deeply missed by her surviving children, Ladislav J. Cancar, Stanley N. Cancar and Lilly W. Concepcion. Ljubica is also survived by her grandchildren, Sienna I. Cancar, Priscella N. Cancar, Nicholas C. Cancar, Arianna Concepcion and Ashley Concepcion.

She will be reunited in heaven with her beloved late husband, Nikola Cancar, and parents, Nikola Cancar and Rusinic Simica.

Visitation in memory of Ljubica will take place Friday, September 19th 2025, from 4-8 PM at the Joseph Z. Konopka Funeral Home. Funeral mass will be held at St. John the Baptist Church on Saturday September 19th, 2025 at 8:30 AM.

After mass, we will take her to her final resting place in Fairview Cemetery.
