Pick, Eleanor Emma (nee Reynolds) Age 90, of North Bergen, NJ formerly of Union City entered into eternal rest surrounded by the love of her family. on July 11, 2016. Beloved Daughter of the late Frederick and Emma Reynolds. Dear Sister of the late Ruth E. Kaulfers. Loving Aunt of Walter Kaulfers and his late wife Maureen and Shelley Palkowetz and her husband David. Cherished Great Aunt of Gwen Pra (Jim) and Christine Vonderhaar (Jason) Tracy (Phil), Russell (Laura) Rick ( Rebekah) and Ashley. Dear Great-Great Aunt of Matthew, Alana, Owen, Hailey, Dakota Eleanor . Eleanor was born in Union City and lived in North Bergen since 1983. She retired from Pan Am Airlines in New York where she was a Flight Route Specialist. Eleanor was a vivacious woman with a love for life and loved by many. She was a career woman who loved working in New York City. In her younger days, she traveled the world with family & friends, sometimes hopping on a plane for a weekend in Europe. She loved playing cards, reading, Maine and staying active even as she got older. She adored her family particularly her young great great nieces & nephews who all brought her tremendous joy. Eleanor “Aunti Nore” will be missed deeply. Visiting Hours on Thursday, July 14, 2016 at Konopka Funeral Home, 9046 Palisade Avenue North Bergen from 1 to 5 PM. A Service will be held during Visitation. Private cremation to follow.
