Anna S. Kolakowski, Age 89 of Parlin, NJ ,formerly of Ridgefield and Cliffside Park, NJ, passed away on December 3, 2018. Anna is predeceased by her Parents Bronislaw and Stephanie Kolakowski, and her Brothers Stanley (1940) and Edmund (2014). She is survived by her Cousins Raymond Kolak and Carol Nowicki.
Anna was born in Cliffside Park, NJ and resided in Parlin for the last 30 Years. She retired from Kossy, Small & Conrad Law Firm in New York City where she was a Legal Secretary.
A Memorial Mass will be held on December 20, 2018 at 10:30 AM at Sacred Heart Church, 9035 Barr Place, North Bergen, NJ. Interment of Cremains will follow at Madonna Cemetery, Fort Lee, NJ.
