Patricia Frances Adam, Age 77, of Deltona, Florida, passed away on Tuesday June 4, 2019. She born on April 20, 1942 in Manhattan, New York to Raymond Forkin and Agnes Bowe. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held on Thursday, June 6, 2019 from 5 to 8 PM at Konopka Funeral Home,9046 Palisade Avenue, North Bergen,NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, June 7, 2019 at 10:15 AM at St Joseph of the Palisades Church, 6401 Palisades Avenue, West New York, NJ. Burial to follow at Fairview Cemetery, 500 Fairview Avenue, Fairview, NJ 07022.
