Ryszard Kopec, Age 61 of Ridgefield,NJ passed away on August 8, 2019. Beloved Husband of Malgorzata (Margaret) née Konopka. Devoted Father of Dominick and Paulina Kopec. Dear Brother of Kazimierz, Zbigniew, Janusz, Krystyna Paluch. Loving Uncle of Michael Paluch, Adrian, Aneta, Monika, Klaudia, Violetta, Ksawery, Pola, Wiktoria and the late Marcin and Karol Kopec.

Ryszard was born in Rzeszow, Poland on December 29, 1957 to the late Kazimierz and Maria (née Stopa) Kopec. He came to the US in 1985 and lived in Jersey City before moving to Ridgefield in 1998. He was a self-employed auto mechanic.

Visiting Hours on Sunday, August 11, 2019 from 2 to 6 PM at Konopka Funeral Home, 9046 Palisade Avenue, North Bergen,NJ. Funeral Mass on Monday, August 12, 2019 at 10:15 AM at St.. Matthew’s Church, Ridgefield,NJ. Interment to follow at Fairview Cemetery,Fairview,NJ.
