Nicholas Busanic, Age 83 of Cliffside Park passed away on January 31, 2020. Beloved Husband of Lydia (nee Liberti). Devoted Father of Cristina Sayanlar (Cezar), and Maria Schneider (Jayson), and the late Linda Clark. Dear Father-in-law of Robert Clark. Loving Brother of John Busanic (Maria), Anton Busanic (Elena) and Dominick Busanic. Cherished grandfather of 8 grandchildren
Nicholas was born in Susak,Croatia on December 19, 1936 to the late Toma and Domenica (nee Matesic) Busanic and came to the US in 1960. He lived in West New York for 14 yrs before moving to Cliffside Park 41 yrs ago. He retired as a Mason for Mason Tenders District Welfare Fund, New York and was a parishioner and altar server at Epiphany Church, Cliffside Park.
Visiting Hours on Monday, February 3, 2020 from 4 to 8 pm at Konopka Funeral Home, 9046 Palisade Ave, North Bergen, NJ. Funeral Mass on Tuesday at 10:00 AM at Epiphany Church, 247 Knox Ave Cliffisde Park, NJ. Entombment To follow at Fairview Mausoleum, Bergenwood Avenue, Fairview, NJ.
