Rosina Restivo (nee Filippone) of Fairview, NJ passed away on April 10, 2020. Beloved Wife of the late Antonio. Dear Sister of Gino, Angelo, Antonio, and Maria Filippone, Gina Leo and the late Salvitrice Bonomo and Giuseppina Greco. Loving Aunt of Tina Caratozzolo & Family. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Rosina was born in Collesano, Italy on Sept 6,1932 to the late Carmelo Filippone and Maria (nee LaPlaca) and came to the US 51 yrs ago.She lived in New York before moving to Fairview 30yrs ago. She was a homemaker and a parishioner of Our Lady of Grace Church, Fairview, NJ.
Private entombment for the family will be held on Thursday, April 16,2020 at Fairview Mausoleum, 501 Bergenwood Avenue, Fairview, NJ. A Memorial Mass will be held at a later date. Arrangements by the Konopka Funeral Home, 9046 Palisade Ave, North Bergen, NJ.
