Elizabeth M (Bettie) Viole (nee Arcaro), Age 94 of North Bergen, NJ passed away on December 27,2020. Devoted Wife of the late Fred (1972). Beloved Father of Richard (Rosa), Ronald (the late Maria Cristina), and the late Fred and Gary Viole. Dear Mother-in-law of Migdalia Viole. Loving Sister of Lucy MacLeod and the late Edward Arcaro and Eleanor Maresca. Cherished grandmother of Fred, Paul, Tessa, Maria, Elizabeth, Christopher, Caitlin, Julianne, Jacqueline, Guillermina, and Franco and 12 great-grandchildren. Bettie was born on February 25, 1926 in New Haven, CT to the late Michael Angelo Arcaro and Vincenza LaTorre, and lived in North Bergen, NJ since 1950. She was the former owner of BE-VI Natural Foods, in West New York for 4O years. Visiting Hours on Thursday, December 31, 2020 from 9:3O AM to 12 Noon at the Konopka Funeral Home, 9046 Palisade Ave, North Bergen NJ, with no more than 50 people at one time. A 1:00 PM service at Madonna Mausoleum, 2070 Hoeflys Lane, Fort Lee, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105-9959.
