Clider (Peggy) Kekic (nee Gobbato), Age 80 of Cedar Grove, NJ passed away on November 29, 2021. Beloved Mother of Monica Magalhaes(Paul), Sabrina Zunic (John) and Jasmine Melian (Danny). Dear Sister of Abel Gobbato, Isnael Gobbato, Maria Brion, Norma Flores and the late Miquel Angel Gobbato. Loving grandmother of Christopher (Sally Holmes), Ashe Magalhaes, Brooke Magalhaes, Taylor (Louis), Daniel Melian, Daniella, Joseph and Niko Zunic. Cherished great-grandmother of Liam Vallejo. Also surviving is her former husband Johnny Kekic.
Peggy was born in Villa Maria Cordoba, Argentina on January 5, 1941 to the late Miquel Gobbato and Luisa (nee Rosina) and came to the US in 1970 and lived in the Bronx before moving to Fairview 37 Years ago and lived in Cedar Grove since 2012. She owned Dubrovnik Deli in Fairview, NJ.
Visiting Hours on Friday December 3, 2021 from 3 to 8 pm at Konopka Funeral Home, 9046 Palisade Ave, North Bergen, NJ .Funeral Mass on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at 10:30AM at Church of the Annunciation, 50 West Midland Avenue, Paramus, NJ 07652. Everyone is asked to go directly to church on Saturday morning. Interment to follow at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus, NJ.
