Atam Cesmeci, Age 91 of Maywood, NJ formerly of Cliffside Park, NJ passed away on January 8, 2022. Devoted Husband of the late Sinorik (nee Safert) 2020. Beloved Father of Ani, Ayda, Seta and Talin. Dear Brother of Valanti, Markrit, Artin and the late Toros and Agavni. Loving grandfather of 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grand children
Atam was born in Felahiye, Turkey on December 16, 1931 to the late Garabet Cesmeci and Losik (nee Gistikyan), and came to Canada in 1976 and then to the US in 1981. He lived in Cliffside Park before moving to Maywood one year ago. Atam was a self-employed retired Tailor.
Funeral Services on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at 10:30 AM at St Leon's Armenian Apostolic Church,12-61 Saddle River Road, Fairlawn, NJ 07410. Interment to follow at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus, NJ.
