Derek Morin, Age 41 of Fairview, NJ passed away suddenly on January 15, 2022. Beloved Son of Katherine Morin (nee Matesic) and the late Nikola Morin. Devoted Brother of Nick Morin Jr., Jason Morin and Anthony Morin. Loving grandson of Ester Matesic and the late Jack Matesic and the late Antonia and Antonio Morin. Cherished Uncle of Jayden Morin. Also surviving are Aunts and Uncles and cousins.
Derek was born on May 21, 1980 in Teaneck, NJ and lived in Guttenberg before moving to Fairview 33 yrs ago.
Visiting Hours on Friday, January 21, 2022 from 4 to 8 pm at Konopka Funeral Home, 9046 Palisade Ave, North Bergen, NJ. Funeral Mass on Saturday, January 22, 2022 at 10:30AM at Our Lady of Grace Church, 395 Delano Place, Fairview. Entombment to follow at Fairview Mausoleum, Fairview, NJ. The family requested that masks be worn for the visitation and funeral mass.
