Nikolaos Michalopoulos, Age 67 of Palisades Park, NJ passed away on January 26, 2022. Beloved Husband of Eleonora (nee Matesic). Devoted Father of Milena Michalopoulos and Christos Michalopoulos, Dear Brother of Konstantina Michalopoulos, Eleni Koffas (Pavlos) and Mihalis Michalopoulos, and Brother-in-law of George Matesic and his wife Fiorella. His beloved cousins Theodore Stavtopoulos and his wife Patricia. Loving Uncle of nieces and nephews.

Nikolaos was born on May 8, 1954 in Inoi, Amaliada, Greece to the late Christos and Maria (nee Stavropoulos) and came to the US in 1972 and settled in Astoria. He moved then moved to Palisades Park where he lived for the last 33 years. He was a retired Construction foreman for Kiska Developers Inc., Long Island City, NY.

Visiting Hours are Sunday, January 30, 2022 from 4 to 8 pm at the Konopka Funeral Home, 9046 Palisade Ave, North Bergen, NJ. Funeral Mass on Monday, January 31 2022 at 10:30 AM at Madonna Church on the Hill, Fort Lee. Entombment to follow at Madonna Mausoleum, Fort Lee. The family requests that masks be worn during visiting hours and at the funeral.
