Obituary of Florence Duren

Florence Duren, (nee Stella) of North Bergen passed away peacefully on July 3, 2022 with her son James by her side at the age of 90.
Florence was a longtime North Bergen Township employee, having worked in the Department of Public Affairs, division of community services, before she retired. She was a longtime Democratic Committeewoman for the North Bergen Democratic Municipal Committee, lovingly volunteering her time and help to the people of her neighborhood.
Florence was predeceased by her parents, Alfred & Lena Stella and her husband Jim Duren and is survived by her only child James Duren.
Konopka Funeral Home, North Bergen is handling the private funeral services.
