Lydia Busanic, (nee Liberti), Age 85 of Cliffside Park, NJ passed away on August 17, 2022. Devoted Wife of the late Nicholas (2020). Beloved Mother of Cristina Sayanlar (Sezar), Maria Schneider(Jayson) and the late Linda Clark (2017),(Robert). Dear Sister of Frank Liberti (Barbara), Lino Liberti (Marilyn), Sylvia Piccinich (Joseph), Bruno Liberti (Joyce) and the late Elio Liberti (late Karen). Loving grandmother of 8 grandchildren. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.

Lydia was born in Zara, Italy on December 18, 1936 to the late Giovanni Liberti and Antonia (nee Scrivanich) and came to the US in 1950 and lived in West New York for 14 years before moving to Cliffside Park 43 yrs ago. She was a retired Hairdresser and a parishioner of Church of the Epiphany, Cliffside Park.

Visiting Hours on Friday, August 19, 2022 from 4 to 8 pm at Konopka Funeral Home, 9046 Palisade Ave, North Bergen, NJ. Funeral Mass at 12 Noon on Saturday, August 20, 2022 at the Church of the Epiphany, 247 Knox Ave,Cliffside Park, NJ. Entombment to follow at Fairview Mausoleum, Fairview, NJ.
