Obituary of Julia Gadomski

Gadomski, Julia (nee Ocholowski), Age 98, of Midland Park, NJ, passed away on November 30, 2022. Beloved Wife of the late Thaddeus Sr (2007). Devoted Mother of the late Teddy (1975) and late MaryAnn K (2011). Dear Sister of the late Sophie Ocholowski, Ann Simon, Mary Zakrzewski and Joseph Ocholowski. Julia was born in Mahwah, NJ on December 31, 1923 to the late Adam and Natalja (nee Brajczewski) and lived in Cliffside Park for 87 years, Edgewater 3 yrs and Midland Park for 2 yrs. Julia attended Sacred Heart School, NB and attended Cliffside Park High School and worked for Western Electric in Kearny where she met her husband. She was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church and a member of the Rosary Altar Society and the Polish American Democratic Ladies Auxiliary in Fairview, NJ. Julia enjoyed taking care of her family and being in the garden, enjoyed dancing the polka, watching EWTN her favorite program and bus trips to Atlantic City. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews and her cousin Irene in Canada and Genia in Poland. Visiting Hours on Friday, December 9, 2022 from 10AM to 11 AM at Konopka Funeral Home, 9046 Palisade Ave, North Bergen, NJ. Funeral Mass on Friday at 12 Noon at the Church of the Epiphany, 247 Knox Ave, Cliffside Park, NJ. Interment to follow at Hackensack Cemetery, Hackensack NJ.
