Ivan Hroncic, Ivan, Age 88 of Elmwood Park, NJ Passed away on July 7, 2023. Devoted Husband of Juliana (nee Picinich. Beloved Father of Maria Tarabocchia (late Joseph), John Hroncich, Anthony Hroncich, and Suzanne Fedouchik(Ralph). Dear Brother of Antonia Picinich(late Dominick Sr.), Bernarda Grubic (late Vinko), and Maria Kiriginn (Branimir) Loving grandfather of Joseph Tarabocchia (Greta), Nick Tarabocchia, Amanda Marie Forman(Robert),Julia Fedouchik, and Justin Fedouchik. Cherished great-grandfather to Moriah, Ava and Leah Forman.
Ivan was born in Susak, Croatia on January 5, 1935 to the late Dinko and Maria (nee Scrivanich). He came to the US in 1961 to Seattle, then moved to Hoboken in 1965, North Bergen in 1978 and Elmwood Park in 1999. He was a retired Longshoremen for ILA, Newark NJ.
Visiting Hours on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 from 3 to 8 pm at Konopka Funeral Home 9046 Palisade Ave, North Bergen, NJ. Funeral Mass on Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at 11 AM at Our Lady of Grace Church, 395 Delano Place, Fairview, NJ. Interment to follow at Fairview Mausoleum, Fairview, NJ.
