Samir Owimrin, Age 65 of Garfield, NJ passed away on November 24, 2023. Devoted Father of Samir (Lissette), Danielle Bonanni (Mark) and Reagan Owimrin(Alyssa). Dear Brother of Nabil, Janet, Lena, Lucy, Jacqueline and the late George, Sonia and Issa. Loving grandfather of Ryan, Ace and Theo. Also surviving is Samir’s former wife Lyn Owimrin.
Samir was born on March 7, 1958 in Amman, Jordan to the late Elias Owimrin and Arsholous (nee Mekekjian) and came to the US 48 yrs ago and lived in Cliffside Park and Fairview before moving to Garfield over a year ago. He was a retired self-employed carpet installer.
Visiting Saturday, December 2, 2023 from 10:00 am to 11:00am at St Vartanantz Armenian Church, 461 Bergen Boulevard, Ridgefield, NJ. Funeral Service 11:00 AM at the Church. Arrangements by Konopka Funeral Home, 9046 Palisade Ave, North Bergen, NJ.
