Josip Peric, Age 83 of Guttenberg, NJ passed away on December 28, 2023. Devoted Husband of Jelena (nee Puljic). Beloved Father of Suzanne Bogdanovic (Edi) and Elizabeth Cusack (John). Dear Brother of Mijo Peric. Loving grandfather of Ivo Bogdanovic and Declan Cuscak.
Josip was born in Lepenica, Bosnia Herzegovina on April 16,1940 to the late Ivo Peric and Ana (nee Bilic) and came to the US in 1968. He lived in Guttenberg since 1971 and was a auto mechanic for APA Trucking Company, North Bergen, NJ. Josip was a parishioner of Sts Cyril & Methodius and St Raphael's Catholic Church, New York City, NY.
Visiting Hours Tuesday, January 2 ,2024 from 3 to 8 pm at Konopka Funeral Home, 9046 Palisade Ave, North Bergen,NJ. Funeral on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at 10:30AM at Sts Cyril & Methodius & St Raphael's Church, 502 W 41 Street,New York NY 10036. Interment, Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover, NJ.
