Michael J. DeVito, Age 73 of North Bergen, NJ passed away on June 4, 2022. Devoted Husband of the late Carol M DeVito (nee Haltner ) 8/19/2021. Beloved Father of Michelle Ionno (Albert) and Michael(Joanne). Dear Brother of Florence Schmitt (Paul), Joseph (Cheryl), Fred (Linda), Billy (Nancy), Ann Vitale (Chuck) and Margaret. Loving grandfather of Justin Ionno, Gabrielle Ionno, Brayden Ionno, Jenna Salotti, Michael DeVito and Gianna DeVito. Cherished great-grand father of Francesca Citron, Christian Matthew Ionno and Cory Ionno. Also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.
Michael was born on February 18, 1949 in Jersey City, NJ to the late Joseph and Florence (Dundorf) and lived in Fairview before moving to North Bergen in 1969. He
was a retired truck driver for Standard Motor Freight & Raiders Express, Secaucus, NJ.
Visiting Hours on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 from 5 to 7 pm at Konopka Funeral Home, North Bergen, NJ 07047. Private Cremation on Wednesday.
